Today was our exciting 3D ultrasound! The experience was more than I could have hoped for. I even cried a little bit, seeing our little princess inside my belly. It was so surreal!
Mia Bella is doing wonderfully. Her heartbeat was good and everything else looks good so far. The doctor said I'm doing well too...just getting big! Casey and I can hardly wait to meet her face to face.
Hope you enjoy the pictures. Write us if you have a chance!
Well, Thursday is Thanksgiving, and I'm getting so big I think I may be cooked up as the turkey this year. :) We had our monthly doctor's appointment on the 13th, where we were able to hear the heartbeat again, and hear the sound of Mia moving around. The heartbeat is getting so loud...it's really fun! We didn't get any pictures this time, but are scheduled for our 3D Ultrasound on December 11th. We are excited to see our baby girl, once again.
As I said previously, she is starting to move around quite a bit. I even think I'm starting to be able to distinguish between what type of movement she is making. Today I was sure I felt her roll, which was by far the weirdest feeling!
Other than that, Casey and I are just moving along. We did get our registries mostly finished (Target, BabiesRUs, and JCPenny) which felt like a huge weight off of my shoulders. Please keep us in your prayers as we use these next few months to enjoy each other and fully prepare for our little bundle of joy.
Well, my belly is definately growing! On Sunday, I actually had people ask when I was due! yippee!!!! I finally feel like people are KNOWING I'm pregnant which I love :)
Casey and I finally decided on a name for our little princess. Since we really liked both of our names, we combined them to settle on Mia Bella Gerster. Mia Bella means "my beautiful" which we know will be completely appropriate.
Well, that's all for now. Enjoy the belly picture taken at 20 weeks.
Thursday, October 18th the sonographer revealed to Casey and I that our precious little baby is a girl! After getting over the initial shock of being told it was a boy just a month prior, we couldn't be more thrilled. We have so many ultrasound pictures of our little princess, so now I'm beginning to scrapbook her first little album. We love you all! Enjoy!
